I am an auditing student from the elderly academy, I can still remember the day when City-U notify me that I can be one of them, my spirit comes out and can't express my excitement & happiness; time flies, it comes to almost the end of the semester, I will miss all the good times I have here, although I can't understand all in class, but I'm happy to be in school, with Professor, classmates-no matter they are elderly or youngsters, they are all so nice to me and help me a lot.
The chapter I like most is
Netspeak and Online culture:
Actually I learnt the very beginning netspeak from my daughter, she always send me SMS with all those Shortenings and Emoticons, so I started to use some in reply and begin to get used to them, when I learnt more from the chapter, I go home and teach her, that makes me very proud and superior; ^-^
As for the chapter of online culture, I view my facebook everyday, and found myself a bit crazy about that, I read the newsfeed and post photos; I send e-mails to some friends that do not use facebook; I send SMS to my daughter when she is not available to talk on phone, so I found this chapter is so closed to my daily life, that makes me feel very interesting.:):)
And also I want to thank Kevin to give me the hint of go to Youtube to find the video I like, that was the first time I view Youtube, before, I am afraid of Youtube, never click into it. TT"
The sample post I choose is Multitasking, because this is the first time I find the topic from Youtube by myself and I hope Professor can evaluate for me, not for the grades, but for the experience in learning, I want to express my thanks to Professor Chris and the CityU Edlerly Academy to give me this opportunity.=p=p=p
